How can I apply for a job with you?
At the top of our careers page you will find our current vacancies. Simply fill out the form - even without a cover letter or resume. Feel free to send us an unsolicited application.
What does the application process look like?
After you have submitted our form, we will review your information and get back to you by phone for a first meeting. If everything fits and initial questions are clarified on both sides, we will invite you to our company in Mühlhausen for a personal meeting.
What qualifications do I need to work with you?
Our requirements vary depending on the job. However, we all have one thing in common: a passion for bikes. If you are also a passionate cyclist and enjoy working in a family environment where you can work independently, you are in the right team!
Working at UT
What is the training process like?
Varied projects from day one: At our company, you will first pass through various departments so that you can get a good picture of our work and our products. After that, you will start your own first tasks and projects. Our induction period lasts about half a year.
How much is my salary?
Compensation at UT is based on the qualifications and experience of our employees. In addition, we offer our employees subsidies for company pension plans, non-cash vouchers and comprehensive supplementary health insurance.
