BEHIND THE SCENES
As a sales partner for Gates Carbon Drive and Bosch eBike Systems, we are THE experts for bicycle drive technology in Thuringia and beyond. Our 30 employees supply and support over 1,000 bicycle manufacturers and brands worldwide every day.
In 2007 we started the cooperation with the US company Gates. Since then we are THE exclusive European distributor for all Gates Carbon Drive products, both for the bicycle industry and in the aftermarket business.
UT has also been an official distributor of Bosch eBike Systems since 2015. We supply small and medium-sized bicycle manufacturers with Bosch motors and support them with technical advice on Bosch system integration and the development of new e-bike models.
EVERYTHING ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS & WORKING AT UT
After you have submitted our form, we will review your information and get back to you by phone for a first meeting. If everything fits and initial questions are clarified on both sides, we will invite you to our company in Mühlhausen for a personal meeting.
Our requirements vary depending on the job. However, we all have one thing in common: a passion for bikes. If you are also a passionate cyclist and enjoy working in a family environment where you can work independently, you are in the right team!
Varied projects from day one: At our company, you will first pass through various departments so that you can get a good picture of our work and our products. After that, you will start your own first tasks and projects. Our induction period lasts about half a year.
Compensation at UT is based on the qualifications and experience of our employees. In addition, we offer our employees subsidies for company pension plans, non-cash vouchers and comprehensive supplementary health insurance.
